| 摘 要： | 目的:观察低分子肝素钙治疗早发型重度子痫前期对母体的影响。方法:选取孕龄26～34周重度子痫前期患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙,对比两组血压、血脂、24 h尿蛋白定量、凝血纤溶功能、并发症的差异。结果:观察组平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白、血脂TG、TC、LDL、apo-B均下降,HDL、apo-A增加,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);凝血功能无改变,纤溶活性降低,产后出血无增加,并发症降低。结论:抗凝治疗早发型重度子痫前期是有效安全的,低分子肝素钙可作为基本治疗药物之一。
