中药独活RAPD鉴别研究

摘    要:目的:探索在分子水平上时独活药材进行鉴别的方法.方法:从独活药材中提取基因组DNA,运用KAPD(随机扩增多态性DDNA)技术对其进行鉴别.结果:同一引物扩增不同地区的独活基因组DNA,产生相同的扩增条带,与伞形科其它几种植物的扩增结果存在明显差异.结论:该方法可用于对独活药材的鉴别.

Abstract:Objective:Search after method to differentiate Tetrandra Root on the numerator level.Methods:The genome DNA was distilled from Tetrandra Root,and differentiate it by RAPD(the random amplification polymorphism DNA).Results:The genome DNA of Tetrandra Root in different place of production has the same amplification cingulum by the same primer,there was evident difference in ampliative result of umbelliferous other several kinds of plant.Conclusion:The method is feasible to used for differentiate Tetrandra Root.
