经宫腔镜插管术治疗输卵管性不孕症的初步研究

经宫腔镜向子宫输卵管开口插入导管治疗２５２例输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者。本组病例中一侧输卵管插通率为７５％，双侧插通率为１５％，１０例获得宫内妊娠。无宫外孕及其他副反应。据此，作者认为在宫腔镜指引下输卵管插管术为一安全、化费少、有高效的治疗与诊断输卵管梗阻性不孕症的方法。妇科医生均应学习并掌握此项操作。

Preliminary study on tubal catheterization under hysteroscopic guidance in cases with infertility

cases with infertility were treated with fallopian tuabl catheterization under hysteroscopic guidance in which catheters were inserted along the operating canal of the hysteroscope into the tubal openings of uterus followed by irrigation.The details were introduced briefly.It was found that the tubal patency rate of unilaterality was 75% and that of bilaterality was 15%.There 10 cases gained intrauterine pregnarcies. No ectopic pregnarcy and other side-reactions oceured.Depending on these entities, we consider that catheterization of fallopian tubes under hysteroscopic guidance is a safe, less expensive and efficient method both for diagnosis and treatment of tubal obstruction.This procedure has to be learned and grasped by younger gynecologic physicians.
