左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合的临床应用

目的探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合的合理性与价值。方法回顾分析我院2004-02～2008-02间,采用Ⅰ期切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻64例的临床资料。结果本组64例中,7例(10.9%)发生切口感染,3例(4.7%)发生吻合口瘘,均治愈。全组病人无死亡及腹腔感染。住院时间10～36 d,平均16 d。结论Ⅰ期切除吻合术是安全、可行的,是治疗左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的理想术式,值得临床推广应用。

Rationality and Evaluation of One-stage Resection-anastomosis Procedure in the Treatment of Left Colon Cancer with Acute Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To investigate the rationality and value of one-stage resection-anastomosis procedure in the treatment of left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction.Methods 64 patients suffered from left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction and treated by one-stage resection-anastomosis procedure in our hospital from Feb,2004 to Feb,2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results No patient died and no intraperitoneal infection occurred postoperatively.7 cases（10.9%） of incision infection and 3 cases（4.7%） of anastomosis fistula occurred.All the cases healed.The hospitalization time was from 10 days to 36 days,average 16 days.Conclusion The procedure for one-stage resection-anastomosis in the treatment of left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction is safety,practical,ideal and worth of spreading application.
