选择性痔上黏膜切除吻合术治疗脱垂性痔的临床研究

目的:评价选择性痔上黏膜切除吻合术(TST)治疗脱垂性痔的临床疗效及手术并发症。方法:将50例脱垂性痔患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组25例,试验组行TST手术,对照组行外剥内扎术,观察两组的临床疗效及手术并发症。结果:两组疗效的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组在术后疼痛、肛缘水肿、排便情况、手术时间和住院时间等方面与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TST治疗脱垂性痔的疗效可靠,术后并发症少。

The Clinical Research of Prolapsed Hemorrhoids Treated by Tissue-Selecting Therapy Stapler

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and complications of Tissue-Selecting therapy stapler （TST） for prolapsed hemorrhoids. Methods： 50 Cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by TST, and the control group was treated by Milligan-Morgan, to compare the clinical efficacy and complications between the two groups. Results： The two surgical procedures achieved the same clinical efficacy （P〉0.05）,there were statistically significant difference in postoperative pain, the degree of bowel patency, anal edge edema, operation time and hospital stays between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： TST treating for prolapsed hemorrhoids is reliable and has low complications.
