| 摘 要： | 目的 了解临床本科学历护士职业生涯规划现状,探讨其影响因素.方法 采用自制问卷（总分230分）对台州市816名临床本科学历护士进行调查.结果 816名临床本科学历护士职业生涯规划问卷总得分（158.04±22.11）分.用多因素线性模型的方法 分析显示工作医院级别、医院性质、工作科室、进修情况、用工性质为主要影响因素.结论 临床本科学历护士的职业生涯规划总体处于一般水平,管理者应重视本科学历护士职业生涯规划辅导与管理.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the present situation of career planning for clinical nurses with bachelor degree and its influen- cing factors. Method Investigate 816 clinical nurses with bachelor degree from Taizhou city by self--designed questionnaire （total score of 230）. Result The total score of career planning questionnaire for 816 clinical nurses with bachelor degree is （158. 04± 22. 11）. Multivariate linear model show that hospital level, hospital characteristics, department, advanced study and nature of em- ployment are the main influencing factors. Conclusion Career planning for clinical nurses with bachelor degree is in medium level. Managers should pay attention to guidance and management on career planning. |
