吡格列酮、二甲双胍联合预处理对多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效观察

目的：观察多囊卵巢综合征（PODS）合并不孕患者采用吡格列酮及二甲双胍联合预处理的临床疗效。方法：将符合PCOS诊断的不孕患者86例采用吡格列酮及二甲双胍联合预处理，再用克罗米芬（CC）＋人尿促性腺激素（HMG）促排卵方案治疗。比较用药前、后血清黄体生成素（LH）、LH／促卵泡素（FSH）、睾酮（T）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）的变化，以及周期排卵率和妊娠率。结果：治疗前、后血清LH、LH／FSH、T、FINS均有下降，且差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：吡格列酮及二甲双胍联合预处理治疗PC_~S不孕，可有效地改善胰岛索抵抗，降低血清LH、LH／FsH、T水平，并且提高PCOS不孕患者的排卵率及妊娠率。

Efficacy of Pretreatment with Combined-use of Pioglitazone and Metformin in Patients with PCOS-related Infertility

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of pretrceatment with combined-use of pioglitazone and metformin in patients with polyeystic ovarian syndrome （PClDS）-related infertility. Methods： 86 patients with PCOS-related infertility treated with combined-use of pioglitazone and metformin pretreatmcnt and followed by elomiphene and human menopa- usal gonadotropin for induction of ovulation. Serum levels of LH, LH/FSH, T and fasting insulin （FINS） and the rates of induction of ovulation and pregnancy were examined before and after treatment. Results： In the therapy group, LH, LH/FSH, T, FINS was obviously decreased after treatment. And the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Combined-use pretreatment with pioglitazone and metformin in PC~）S patients of infertility can reduce more efficacy the insulin resistance, decrease serum levels of LH, LH/FSH and T and improve the rate of induction of ovula- tion and pregnancy.
