| 摘 要： | 增生性玻璃体视网膜病变（proliferative vitrcoretinopathy，PVR）是视网膜脱离手术失败的主要原因。由于PVR的手术治疗效果仍不理想，许多学者已经研究了多种药物防治PVR，包括抗代谢药物、皮质类固醇药物、维生素类药物、钙通道阻滞剂以及基因治疗等。本文就近几年来PVR药物防治的最新进展作一简要概述。

| Abstract: | Proliferative vitreoretinopathy is the major cause of the failure of surgical retina detachment. Effects of surgical therapy are not ideal. Parmaceutical studies have been developed, including antimetabolite, corticosteroid, nutramines, calciurnchannel blockers,gene therapy and so on. The recent progressions of pharmaceutical studies are briefly overviewed. |
