| Abstract: | To interpret national policy at the same time discusses on the content of the hospital system reform from the government,the market mechanism,society and hospital,which includes maintaining the public welfare of medical services,defining the role of the hospitals and market mechanism,straightening out the relationship between the government and the hospital,ascertaining the role of social capital.This paper plays an important role for reference on understanding the meaning of the hospital system reform for hospital administrators. |
