60例社区肾移植患者心理健康状况与社会支持相关性研究

目的探讨社区肾移植患者心理健康状况与社会支持的相关性.方法应用症状自评量表、社会支持量表对5所医院肾移植术后进入社区的60例患者进行调查分析.结果本组心理健康状况较差,症状因子总均分与国内常模间差异有统计学意义(t＝5.90,P<0.01);不同文化程度、不同治疗费用来源、不同社会支持组间心理健康状况差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);社会支持与SCL-90各症状因子间,与人际关系和偏执因子之间存在负相关(P<0.05或<0.01) .结论社区护理人员应认真评估患者获得的社会支持水平,把心理保健的重点放在文化程度低、自费和社会支持低的患者身上.

Study on the relationship between mental health status of 60 kidney-transplant-patients and their social support in community

Objective To study the relationship between mental health status of kidney-transplant-patient and their social support in community.Methods 60 kidney-transplant-patients from 5 hospitals were assessed with Symptom Self Evaluation Table and Social Support Scale after they discharged and entered communities they had been living.Results 60 Kidney-transplant-patients were poor in mental health. The average scores of symptom factors in 60 kidney-transplant-patients were significant higher than those in Chinese normal people (t=5.90,P<0.01) . The mental health condition was different among various education levels, financial sources and social supports (P<0.05). In addition,the negative correlation was found between the social support and the factors of human relationship,crankiness (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions Community nurses should assess patients' social support level seriously and pay more attention to the patients who pay at his own expense,have lower education level and poor social support to improve their mental health.
