老年脑出血与脑梗死心电图分析

摘    要:目的观察老年患者不同部位脑出血及脑梗死的心电图特征。方法回顾同期住院的126例老年脑出血及151例老年脑梗死患者的心电图资料,分析其表现。结果2组心电图异常改变均主要表现为ST-T异常和(或)心律失常。脑出血组窦性心动过速、左室肥大和病死率(15.9%、15.9%和12.7%)明显高于脑梗死组(6.0%、6.0%和4.0%,P<0.01),脑梗死组的窦性心动过缓并心律不齐、房颤和期前收缩的发生率(12.6%、11.2%、11.2%)明显高于脑出血组(3.2%、7.1%、7.1%,P<0.05)。结论脑出血、脑梗死的心电图异常与疾病的严重程度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate electrocardiogram characteristics of acute cerebral hemorrhage and infarction in the different parts of the old patients. Methods Retrospective review of the features of electrocardiograms of cerebral hemorrhage(126 cases) and infarction (151 cases) were performed and the electrocardiogram manifestations of all patients were observed. Results The main electrocardiogram changes were ST-T changes and(or) arrhythmia. The occurrence of tachycardia,left ventricular hypertrophy and death in cerebral hemorrhage group (15.9%,15.9% and 12.7%)were significantly higher than those in cerebral infarction group (6.0%,6.0% and 4.0%,P<0.01); the rate of sinus bradycardia and arrhythmia fibrillation and premature systole in cerebral infarction group(12.6%,11.2% and 11.2%) were obviously higher than those of cerebral hemorrhage group(3.2%,7.1% and 7.1%,P<0.05). Conclusions Electrocardiogram abnormalities were related to the severity degree of cerebral hemorrhages and cerebral infarction.
