| 摘 要： | 目的研究非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者肺癌组织和癌旁组织中Hyal1基因的mRNA表达及其临床意义。方法取40例原发性非小细胞肺癌患者的肺癌组织和癌旁组织样本,采用实时定量PCR方法分析Hyal1mRNA在新鲜组织样本中的表达水平。结果非小细胞肺癌患者的癌组织Hyal1基因的mRNA表达与性别、年龄、组织学类型、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移及TNM分期无明显相关（P〉0.05）。40例样本中18例（45%）癌组织的Hyal1基因的mRNA的表达量升高,22例（55%）癌组织的表达量降低。结论Hyal1基因在肺癌组织中的表达的异常下调可能与非小细胞肺癌的发生机制有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore expression of Hyal1 mRNA in tumor and the corresponding paracarcinoma tissues from patients with non-small lung cancer(NSCLC) and its clinical implication.Methods Real-time quantitative PCR was performed to examine the level of Hyal1 mRNA expression in fresh tissues from NSCLCs.Results No significant association was found between Hyal1 mRNA expression and demographical and clinicopathological manifastion,including gender,age,histological subtype and TNM. Of these 40 tumors,18(45%) showed preserved expression of Hyal1 mRNA and 22(55%)reduced expression.Conclusion Defective expression of Hyal1 mRNA can be concerned with NSCLC carcinogenesis. |
