高血压患者胃镜检查中得普利麻的应用研究

目的研究高血压患者应用得普利麻作胃镜检查能否提高依从性和复检率。方法120例高血压患者分为药物组和对照组。分别记录其用药前后的血氧饱和度、血压、心率、焦虑评分值，患者遗忘程度、术中表现和操作时间及复检率。结果药物组应用得普利麻前后的血氧饱和度、血压、心率与对照组比较差异无显著性；药物组应用得普利麻前后的焦虑评分值与对照组比较有显著差异；术中感受情况良好．遗忘程度高，操作时间较短，复查率高。结论高血压患者在胃镜检查时应用得普利麻是安全的，能减轻患者检查时的痛苦及焦虑，提高依从性和复检率。

Clinical observation of diprivan on hypertensive patients during gastroscopy

Objective To investigate if the compliance of the hypertensive patients could be improved when diprivan was used during gastroscopy. Methods One hundred and twenty hypertensive patients were allocated to two groups, diprivan treated group and control group. The blood-oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate, extent of anxiety and oblivion, time for operation, re-checking rate were recorded and compared. Results There was no significant difference in blood-oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate before and after gastroscopy in diprivan treated group, but there was siginificant difference in anxiety extent. The patients in diprivan treated group felt well in the operation, they had higher oblivion extent, the operation time was shorter, and the re-checking rate was high. Conclusion It is safe applying the diprivan when the hypertensive patients undergo endoscopy.
