| 摘 要： | 目的：观察比塔派克斯用于乳牙瘘管牙根管充填的疗效。方法：采用比塔派克斯糊剂对76例瘘道型根尖周炎的乳牙进行根管充填治疗。结果：术后2周复查，瘘道消失、无疼痛患者71例，成功率为93．4％。结论：比塔派克斯治疗乳牙瘘管牙疗效确切，是较为理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the thereutic efficiency of Vitapex for canal filling on chronic apical periodontitis with sinus of primary teeth.Methods：76 primary teeth with chronic apical periodontitis by root canal filling with vitapex.Results：Mter two week,71 cases showed on no pain and disappearance of sinus （93.4%）.Conelusion：Vitapex canal filling is a good methods in treating chronic apical periodontits with sinus of primary teeth. |
