| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经颅多普勒（TCD）、CT血管造影术（CTA）与数字减影血管造影术（DSA）在诊断颅内动脉狭窄的应用。方法连续选择已接受脑血管DSA检查的缺血性脑血管病患者133例，分析其术前TCD和脑血管CTA检查结果，并与DSA进行比较。结果经DSA检查1463支脑／颈动脉血管，存在狭窄或闭塞的动脉为254支，阳性率为17．4％；术前有594支脑／颈动脉血管接受TCD检查，存在狭窄或闭塞的血管中有54支与DSA检查相符，阳性率为9．1％；术前接受CTA检查的动脉血管有374支，提示存在狭窄或闭塞的有62支与DSA检查相符，阳性率为16．6％，TCD与DSA检查结果差异有统计学意义（u=4．754，P〈0．001），而CTA与DSA所检查的结果无统计学意义（u=0．3585，P〉0．05）。结论TCD检查结果受人为因素影响较大，如有接受良好训练的专业技术人员操作，其结果仍可作为颅内动脉狭窄诊断的重要参考。
