| 摘 要： | 冰毯降温是急危重病人中高热患者重要的治疗措施之一。通过持续控温系统的降温治疗，可使持续高热超高热患者达到理想安全的降温效果，尤其对脑复苏患者及急性脑缺血患者可减少脑细胞耗氧和缺氧性水肿，从而提高复苏成功率及减轻脑功能损害。

| Abstract: | Ice blanket cooling is one of the treatments for acute and severe fever patients. The cooling treatment under continuous temperature control system can take safe and desirable cooling effect for fever and super high fever patients, especially for patients with cerebral resuscitation and with acute cerebral ischemia, which can reduce the oxygen consumption of brain cells and hypoxic edema so as to enhance the success rate of recovery and lower the damage of cerebral functions. |
