| 摘 要： | 总结尿道板双侧旁正中纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗103例尿道下裂的围手术期护理.术前做好心理护理、术前准备；术后做好敷料、尿管、阴茎固定位置、体位的护理,以及出院指导.本组术后出现尿道瘘7例,尿道口狭窄7例,经治疗护理后均缓解,随访效果满意.
