| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨循证护理在EV71型重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿中的应用效果.方法 评估患儿的情况,确定护理诊断,查阅文献,选择最佳护理证据,制订护理干预措施.结果 28例患儿通过治疗及护理,全部好转出院,未发生护理并发症.结论 在EV71型手足口病合并脑炎惠儿护理过程中,早期识别重症早期征象,加强监测,积极治疗及护理,能提高救治成功率.
