| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨穴位按摩对早期中风偏瘫患者抑郁状态的影响.方法 60例中风偏瘫患者按入院时间先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.观察组在常规护理的基础上,每天进行穴位按摩；对照组只接受病房的常规护理,不进行穴位按摩.2周后比较两组抑郁情况.结果 干预前两组间抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；干预2周后,观察组SDS得分低于干预前得分(P＜0.05),且显著低于相应时间点对照组SDS得分(P＜0.05).结论 穴位按摩可以显著改善早期中风偏瘫患者的抑郁状态.
