| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药康复新液在小细胞肺癌患者化疗中的作用。方法64例小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(38例),治疗组在每次化疗开始同时给予中药康复新液,口服10ml/次,3次/d,连续2周。对照组单用化疗。观察时间2组均从疗程开始至2个月。结果治疗组与对照组比较可明显提高患者的全身状态(P<0.05),治疗组患者的消化道症状改善明显,可明显减少化疗引起的白细胞数下降(P<0.05)。结论结果表明中药康复新液在小细胞肺癌患者化疗中的应用可以预防化疗引起的白细胞数量减少,减轻消化道症状,提高体力状态,使化疗顺利完成,使用安全,可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the role of chinese medicine Kangfuxin in chemotherapy of small-cell lung cancer patients.Methods Sixty-four patients with small-cell lung cancer were divided into treatment group(26 cases) and control group(38 cases).Patients in treatment group were given chinese medicine Kangfuxin 10ml per oral,three times daily in addition to routine chemotherapy,and the patients in control group were only given routine chemotherapy.Results Compared with the control group,the physique conditions of patients in the treatment group,were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the toxic effects of chemotherapy,such as leucopenia,digestive tract reaction were reduced significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Kangfuxin is effective,safe and reliable for reducing the toxic effects of chemotherapy of small-cell lung cancer. |
