八味降压汤合吲哒帕胺对高血压患者动态血压的影响

目的　观察八味降压汤合用吲哒帕胺对高血压患者动态血压的影响。方法　将高血压患者 60例随机分为 2组 ,对照组予吲哒帕胺口服 ,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用八味降压汤。疗程 8周 ,分别于治疗前及治疗后测定其动态血压 ,观察 2 4h节律的变化 ,计算谷峰比 (T/P)。结果　治疗组和对照组的T/P分别为SBP( 63 .4± 6.8) %及 ( 54.1± 6.7) % ,DBP( 65.6± 7.9) %及 ( 56.5± 7.0 ) % ,治疗组显著高于对照组。动态血压变化测定中 ,无论何时 ,治疗组的降压作用均显著优于对照组。结论　八味降压汤合用吲哒帕胺具有平稳降压及恢复血压昼夜节律的作用 ,其效果优于单用吲哒帕胺

Effect of Bawei Antihypertensive Decoction combined with Indapamide on dynamic blood pressure in patients with hypertension

Objective It is to observe the effect of Bawei Ant ihypertensive Decoct ion combined with Indapamide on dynamic blood pressure in patients with essentia l hypertension. Methods 60 patients with h ypertension were divided into two groups at random. The control group were treat ed with Indapamide while the treatment group were treated with Bawei Antihyperte nsive Decoction and Indapamide. Both were treated for eight weeks. The dynamic b lood pressure was determined before and after treatment. The rhythm of blood pre ssure in 24 hours was observed. The ratio of trough to peak of systolic and dias tolic blood pressure was calculated. Results The ratios of troug h to peak of sys tolic blood pressure (SBP) in the treatment group and the control group were (63 .4±6.8)% and (54.1±6.7)%. Those of diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in the treat ment group and the control group were (65.6±7.9)% and (56.5±7.0)%. Those in th e treatment group were higher than those in the control group. Anti hype rtensive effect in the treatment group was prior to that in the control group in anytime. Conclusion Bawei Antihyperten sive Decoction combined with Indapamide can smoothly lower the blood pressure in hypertension patients and recover the nyctohemeral rhythm of blood pressure. Th eir effect is better than Indapamide alone.
