胃癌组织中肝素酶mRNA的原位表达与胃癌转移的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨肝素酶(HPA)mRNA表达与胃癌转移的关系。方法:采用原位杂交技术检测36例胃腺癌组 织、相应癌旁组织及111例正常胃组织HPA mRNA的表达。结果:正常胃组织、癌旁和胃癌组织HPA mRNA阳性表达率分别为9.1%、33.3%和72.2%,3者间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移组的癌及癌旁组织中HPA mRNA阳性表达率分别为88.9%,40.7%。无淋巴结转移组癌及癌旁组织中阳性表达率分别为22.2%,11.1%,2组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HPA mRNA高表达可作为判断胃癌转移的有益指标。

Abstract:Aim : To investigate the relation between heparanase ( HPA) mRNA expression and the metastasis of gas-trie carcinoma(GC). Methods: The expression of heparanase mRNA in 36 gastric paracancer and cancer tissues, and 11 normal gastric tissues were detected by in situ hybridization. Results: Positive expression rates of HPA mRNA in the normal gastric tissue, paracancer tissue, and cancer tissue were 9. 1% , 33.3% and 72.2% , respectively. The differences a-mong them were significant (P <0. 05). The positive rates of HPA mRNA in group of cancer and paracancer tissue with lymph node metastasis were 88.9% , 40.7% , which were much higher than those in group without lymph node metastasis (22. 2% , 11.1%). Conclusion : The expression of HPA mRNA is a useful marker in predicting the metastasis of GC.
