医学人才物理教学的改革与实践

目的:培养适合社会发展要求的创新型医学人才。方法:针对传统医学物理教学的不足,调整教学模式,改革教学内容,完善教学方法,改革考核方式,强化教师队伍建设。结果:教学内容更贴近医学,教学模式和方法深受学生好评,教师的整体素质得到了提升。结论:教学改革提高了教学质量,激发了学生学习的兴趣,为医学人才的培养奠定了基础。

Reform and Practice of Medical Person with Ability in Physics Teaching

Objective： To foster the innovative medical person with ability for development needs of society. Methods： Learning from the lack in traditional medical physics teaching, we adjust teaching mode, reform teaching content, improve teaching meth- ods, reform the assessment methods, and strengthen the construction of teachers. Results： Teaching content is more close to the medicine. The teaching mode and methods are well praised by students. The overall quality of teachers is improved. Conclu- sions： Teaching reform improves the teaching quality, stimulates the interesting in learning and lays the foundation for fostering the medicinal person with ability.
