医学人才物理教学的改革与实践

摘    要:目的:培养适合社会发展要求的创新型医学人才。方法:针对传统医学物理教学的不足,调整教学模式,改革教学内容,完善教学方法,改革考核方式,强化教师队伍建设。结果:教学内容更贴近医学,教学模式和方法深受学生好评,教师的整体素质得到了提升。结论:教学改革提高了教学质量,激发了学生学习的兴趣,为医学人才的培养奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective: To foster the innovative medical person with ability for development needs of society. Methods: Learning from the lack in traditional medical physics teaching, we adjust teaching mode, reform teaching content, improve teaching meth- ods, reform the assessment methods, and strengthen the construction of teachers. Results: Teaching content is more close to the medicine. The teaching mode and methods are well praised by students. The overall quality of teachers is improved. Conclu- sions: Teaching reform improves the teaching quality, stimulates the interesting in learning and lays the foundation for fostering the medicinal person with ability.
