中小学生伤害的分布及影响因素

目的 了解安徽省中小学生伤害发生的情况及其危险因素，为制定切实可行的干预措施提供依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法，运用自编调查表对30791名中小学生进行流行病学调查，并对伤害发生的危险因素进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 安徽省中小学生共发生12种不同类型的伤害，发生率为31．57％；前3位依次为跌伤(12．09％)、动物咬伤(12．08％)、刀或锐器伤(9.91％)；以初中生伤害发生率为最高(47．33％)，其次为高中生(43．39％)、小学生(20．59％)；学校类别、学校住址、性别、父母职业、日常监护人是伤害发生的危险因素。结论 伤害严重地影响中小学生健康和学习，应根据中小学生伤害特点和危险因素，有针对性地加强中小学生的安全卫生教育，提高学生的自我保健意识。

Distribution and influencing factor of injuries among middle and primary school students

Objective To investigate the level and the epidemiologica l feature of injuries in order to find out the effective intervention for preven ting injuries.Methods With a stratified sampling method,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate injuries among 30?791 middle and primary school students.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed by all factors. Results There were 12 kinds of injuries,the total rate of injuries was 31.57%.The results of multivariate logistic analysis showed that t ype of school,address of school,sex,parent's occupations,living with whom were r isk factors of the injuries.Conclusion Injuries affected the study and health of midd le and primary school students .It was necessary to strengthen safety education and breed their consciousness of self-protection among the students.
