垃圾焚烧飞灰中二恶英低温降解中试实验研究

摘    要:采用自行研发的连续式飞灰处理装置进行飞灰中二恶英低温降解中试实验。结果表明:在处理量10 kg/h,温度为350℃和450℃的条件下,飞灰中二恶英I-TEQ降解率分别达到98.8%和99.4%。利用中试实验参数,进行了该装置工程应用的经济性分析。

Abstract:By using the self-developed 24 h-continuous reaction device, the pilot experiment on low-temperature degradation of dioxins in waste incineration fly ash was performed. The results showed that when operated under 350℃ and 450 ℃ with the the processing capacity of 10 kg/h, the degradation rates of dioxin I-TEQ reached 98. 8% and 99. 4% respectively. Economic analysis of the reaction device was carried out according to the experimental data.
