| Abstract: | Combining with practical engineering data, the physicochemical properties of food waste in different cities were analyzed. The theory of grease separation for food waste was researched. Four kinds of grease separation technical routes were introduced, and some treatment suggestions on differentiation of food waste with different properties were proposed. |
