改良小切口手术治疗甲状腺瘤38例报告

目的探讨改良小切口手术治疗甲状腺腺瘤的方法及疗效。方法本文对38例甲状腺腺瘤患者采用改良小切口甲状腺腺瘤切除术治疗。结果经过积极的治疗,改良小切口手术组患者的手术时间平均（83.4±19.2）min,术中出血量平均（12.9±7.4）mL,术后住院时间平均（4.8±1.2）d。一般手术组患者的手术时间平均（113.4±22.5）min,术中出血量平均（23.4±12.5）mL,术后住院时间平均（3.4±1.1）d。经过统计分析发现改良小切口手术组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间均明显低于一般手术组,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论改良小切口甲状腺腺瘤切除手术,手术时间及术中出血较原来大大缩短及减少,且手术创伤小,术后恢复快,术后并发症少,临床治疗和美容效果均较好,值得推广使用。

38 Cases of Improved Small-incision Surgical Treatment of Patients with Thyroid Adenoma

Objective Investigate the modified mini--incision surgical treatment of thyroid adenoma.Methods 38 cases of thyroid adenoma treated by improved small--incision for the treatment of thyroid adenoma. Results After active treatment, improved small--incision surgical group of patients with operation time an average of（83.4± 19.2）min,bleeding an average of （12.9±7.4）mL, postoperative hospital stay an average of （4.8± 1.2）d. Normal surgery group of patients with mean operative time was （113.4±22.5）min, bleeding an average of （23.4± 12.5）mL, postoperative hospital stay an average of（3.4± 1.1）d. Through statistical analysis showed that improved small--incision operation group, operation time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay were significantly lower than the normal surgery group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Improved small--incision surgery of thyroid adenoma, operative time and blood loss significantly shorter than the original and reduction, and surgical trauma, faster postoperative recovery, fewer postoperative complications, clinical treatment and cosmetic results are good, it is worth promote to use.
