| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)在大鼠胃癌前病变过程中的干预作用。方法：实验将30只大鼠平均分为3组，均给予三联致萎缩因素(60％酒精、20mmol／L去氧胆酸钠、0．1％氨水)和甲基硝基亚硝基胍喂养刺激大鼠胃黏膜共24周，以建立大鼠胃癌前病变模型，1组给予EGF10ug／kg隔日皮下注射共24周，另1组给予注射用水2ml隔日皮下注射共24周作为对照。观察3组大鼠胃大体标本及组织学变化。结果：给予EGF皮下注射组与其它两组比较，胃窦、胃体部炎症程度降低，胃窦部固有层厚度增高，无细胞和腺体异型性改变。结论：EGF在胃癌前病变过程中有一定的干预治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in intervention of gastric precancerous lesion. Methods:Thirty rats administered by gastric garage with 60% alcohol, 20mmol/L deoxycholic acid Na-salt pure (DOC-Na,0.1% ammonia)and N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitroguanidine(MNNG)for 24 weeks were randomly assigned to three groups. Rats in intervention group were injected subcutaneously with 10ug/kg weight EGF, one group was injected with normal saline and other group was used as control.Results:Comparing to other two groups inflammation grades at gastric body and antrum in EGF group were lower , thickness of lamina propria mueosa at antum was higher,or no cells and glands dysplasia.Conclusion:EGF could intervene gastric precancerous lesion. |
