室间隔缺损并肺动脉高压59例外科治疗

目的总结室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压病例的诊断及外科治疗方法。方法回顾分析本院近年来所收治的59例室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压患儿，其中单纯室间隔缺损（VSD）46例，VSD合并房间隔缺损（ASD）6例，VSD合并动脉导管未闭（PDA）7例。59例均行手术治疗。结果57例治愈，死亡2例。其中1例死于术后低心排血量综合征，1例死于严重肺部感染导致的多脏器功能衰竭。死亡率3．38％。结论室缺患儿一旦合并有肺动脉高压应尽早手术治疗，合适的治疗方法是手术成功的关键。

Surgical treatment for ventricular septal defect combined with pulmonary hypertension in 59 patients

Objective To study the effective surgical method for the treatment Of ventricular septal defects(VSD)with severe pulmonary hypeaension(PH).Methods A retrospective review of all repaired VSD patients were performed with follow-up echocardiography done at Shenzhen Sun Yat-Ben Cardiovascular Hospital in total 59 patients.46 patients was VSD.6 patients was VSD combined with atrial septal defect(ASD),7 patients was VSD combined with patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).Surgical repair was done with all of these patients.Results 57 cases of patients is cured,two cases of death.One patient died after low cardiac output syndrome,and one died of Bevere lung idection caused by multiple organ failure.3.38%mortality rate.Conclusion Most children with ventricular septal defect combined with pulmonary hypertension should be cured with early heart surgery,the appropriate surgical treatment is the key to Success.
