摘    要:通过分析广东省第二人民医院人力资源管理的三个阶段和"五四一"模式的实践,探讨"五四一"模式中的人力资源管理新理念.认为:医院发展的核心竞争力是人,要真正挖掘人的潜力,必须完成从"人本管理"到"能本管理"的升华.

Abstract:By analyzing the three phase of the Human Resource Management and the practice of "541" Hospital Management Program of our hospital, we discussed the new notion of aptitude-centered administration of "541" program and believed that people is the core of a hospital' s developmental competitiveness. We need to transfer people-centered administration to aptitude-centered administration in order to exploit one's potentialities.
