尿激酶预防结核性腹膜炎腹腔内粘连和包裹性积液

目的 :探讨腹腔内注入尿激酶 (UK) ,对渗出型结核性腹膜炎所致的腹腔内粘连和包裹性积液的影响。方法 :采用随机分组法将93例渗出型结核性腹膜炎分为治疗组 (A组48例 )和对照组 (B组45例 ) ,两组采用相同的化疗方案 ,抽腹水后均注入异烟肼 (INH)0 3、地塞米松10mg ,A组加入UK2万IU。结果 :腹腔内粘连发生率A组10 4 % ,B组28 9 % (P<0 05) ;包裹性积液发生率A组6 3 % ,B组20 % (P<0 05) ;平均给药次数A组5 4次 ,B组5 2次 (P>0 05)。结论 :腹腔内注入UK能有效降低渗出型结核性腹膜炎所致的腹腔内粘连和包裹性积液的发生 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性

Prevention of the abdominal adhesion and encapsulated effusion of tuberculous peritonitis with Urokinase.

Objective:To study the effect of Urokinase on abdominal adhesion and encapsulated effusion of tuberculous peritonitis with abdominal injection.Metheds:93 patients with exudative tuberculous peritonitis were divided into group A(treatment group 48 cases)and group B(control group 45 cases) in radomly.The chemotherapy sheme of two groups patients were about the same by injecting Isoniazid 0.3 and Dexamethasane 10mg after abstraction ascites,in addition Urokinase 2000U was added in group A.Results:The occurrence rate of abdominal adhesion was 10.4% in group A and 28.9% in group B(P<0 05).The occurrence rate of encapsulated effusion was 6.3% in group A and 20% in group B(P<0.05).Average frequency of giving medicine was 5.4 times in group A and 5.2 times in group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Urodinase is most effective for reducing the abdominal adhesion and encapsulated effusion with abdominal injection.There is a significant difference between the two groups.
