脓疱型银屑病患者治疗前后外周血中性粒细胞表面黏附分子的表达变化及其意义

摘    要:目的观察脓疱型银屑病(PP)患者经芳维A酸乙酯(AE)治疗前后外周血中性粒细胞(PMN)表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪检测13例PP患者应用AE治疗前、后PMN表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的荧光强度,以13例健康志愿者作为正常对照组。结果13例PP患者AE治疗前、后其PMN表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的表达量间差别有显著性意义(P<0·01)。AE治疗后PP患者PMN表面黏附分子CD15的表达与正常对照者间差别无显著性意义(P>0·05),而CD11b的表达与正常对照者间差别有显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论AE是通过抑制PP患者PMN表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的表达而发挥其临床疗效的;PMN表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的表达可作为PP活动性的监测指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression change and the clinical significance of CD_ 15 and CD_ 11b on neutrophils in patients with pustular psoriasis treated with arotinoid ethylester.Methods The fluorescence intensity of both CD_ 15 and CD_ 11b on neutrophils were examined by flow cytometry in 13 patients treated by arotinoid ethylester and 13 healthy controls.Results After the treatment,the expression of CD_ 15 and CD_ 11b on neutrophils in treatment group and control group were lower than that before the treatment respectively(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the expression of CD_ 15 on neutrophils between patients and health controls after the treatment(P>0.05),whereas the expression of CD_ 11b in the patients after the treatment was lower than that in the controls (P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effects of arotinoid ethylester are exhibited by suppressing the expression of CD_ 15 and CD_ 11b on neutrophils in patients with pustular psoriasis;both CD_ 15 and CD_ 11b may act as molecular markers monitoring the activity of pustular psoriasis.
