| 摘 要： | 针对当前研究生严峻的就业形势,分析了目前医学研究生就业困难的原因。结合近4年的就业情况,阐述了医学研究生的培养中应该重视的三个方面:管理上为研究生就业创造良好环境;导师应狠抓培养质量,提高研究生核心竞争力;研究生应注重自身综合素质的全方位培养。

| Abstract: | In view of the current tough employment situation of graduates, this article analyzes the causes of medical graduates＇ employment difficulty. This paper mainly expounds on three respects of medical graduate training which deserve attention by relating to our college ＇ s employment rate in the past 4 years. Administrators should create a good employment environment, supervisors should attach importance to graduate education quality, and graduate students should pay attention to improving their own comprehensive quality. |
