| 摘 要： | <正> 蒙医理论历史悠久、源远流长,它是蒙古族人民长期医疗实践中的经验总结。蒙医理论源于临床,临床实践是支持蒙医理论发展的重要基石。但是现在许多蒙医师,在临床中没有很好地继承和发扬蒙医理论体系和辨病证思维模式,对理论研究不够深入,创新能力不强,这些已经成为蒙医发展的掣肘,阻碍了蒙医在临床上发展自身优势。笔者认,为创新蒙医学理论可以从以下途径开展。 1 重视蒙医经典著作的学习 17世纪外蒙古赛音诺彦汗盟著名医学家罗布桑丹金扎布拉仓的《疾病类型详解》一书,详细分类各种病症。18世纪著名蒙医学家依希巴拉珠尔德《甘露四部》中的"六基

| Abstract: | Mongolian medicine theories have a long history. The people of Mongolian nationalities have come to a deep understanding of theories through long years of practice of medicine. But now a number of Mongloian medicine doctors are not very good in clinical inherit and development of Mongloian medicine theoretical system and identified thinking model, theoretical research and innovation for this situation, the author pointed out several innovative methods on Monglian meticine theories. |
