| 摘 要： | 目的:观察内括约肌后侧位切断术配合紫草油纱条换药治疗肛裂的疗效。方法:随机将244例肛裂患者分为两组,每组122例,治疗组用内括约肌后侧位切断术配合紫草油纱条换药治疗,对照组用内括约肌后侧位切断术配合凡士林纱条换药治疗。结果:治疗组治愈115例,治愈率94.3%;对照组治愈98例,治愈率80.3%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:内括约肌后侧位切断术配合紫草油纱条换药治疗肛裂疗效满意,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of internal sphincter lateral position ampt with lithospermi oil on anus fissures patients.Methods:244 cases were divided into two groups randomly.122 cases in each group.internal sphincter lateral position ampt with lithospermi oil were given in therapeutic group.internal sphincter lateral position ampt with vaselinum were given in control group.Results:Recovery rate is 94.3% and 80.3% in therapeutic group and control group,respectively.there are significant difference between them.Conclusions:Internal sphincter lateral position ampt with lithospermi oil is worth spreading. |
