羧甲基茯苓多糖口服液的免疫作用及抗肿瘤作用研究

目的：考察羧甲基苓集市作用。方法：对实验小鼠血清溶血素含量进行测定，ＮＫ细胞活性及ＩＬ－２水平以及Ｓ１８０和ＥＡＣ瘤株小鼠肿瘤坏死因子含量的测定。结果：明显提高免疫低下小鼠的胸腺、脾脏重量，溶血素抗体含量和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能；增加ＮＫ细胞活性；明显提高白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）至正常水平；２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ时，使荷瘤小鼠的肝瘤坏死因子含量明显增高。结论羧甲基苓多糖口服液可对抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用，对

Study effect of Ethyloic Polysaecharide orall liquid on immunity and antineoplasm

Objective:To take an observation for Ethyloic poria polysaccharide orall liquid to regulate immunity function. Methods: To detect the contents of blood hemolysin in experimental mice, activity of NK cell, level of Il 2, and numbers of S180 and tumor necrosin in mice with EAC tumor. Results: Thymus, spleen weight, hemolitic antibody and phagocytic function of megoxcyte of mice with hypoimmunity were greatly increased; activity of NK cell was also increased, interleukin reached novmal level. At 200mg/kg, amounts of tumor necrosin in mice were raised remarkably. Conclusions: Ethyloic poria polysaccharide orall liquid has the action of immunosuppression for antieyclophosphamide and inhibition for S180 and EAc tumor.
