| 摘 要： | 目的将超声对指屈肌腱损伤后粘连程度的判定结果与传统肌力法结果比较,探讨超声评价指屈肌腱损伤后粘连程度的可行性。方法选取64例（133指）手部屈肌腱损伤患者,手术缝合后由康复技师进行规范的康复训练。所有患者均于术前行彩超检查,术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月进行彩超复查及专科体检。结果 同时间点的两种评价方法判定肌腱粘连程度无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论 超声评价肌腱损伤后粘连程度基本与国际手外科联合会肌腱损伤委员会制定的标准方法（TAM系统）一致,是评估肌腱损伤后粘连程度的有效方法。
