摘    要:目的探讨16层螺旋CT三维重建成像在诊断食源性食管异物中的价值。方法回顾20例经食管镜、手术证实的食道异物患者,通过MSCT三维重建:多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)与X射线平片、食管镜检等,比较其诊断价值。结果经食管镜或手术证实的20例患者的食管异物为鸡骨、鸭骨、鱼骨片、鱼刺等;16层螺旋CT三维重建成像对异物形态、大小、长度、边缘锐利度能清楚显示,且定位准确。结论 16层螺旋CT三维重建成像异物检出率较X射线平片、食道镜检高,同时可评价食管损伤程度、有无并发症等,全方位展示异物与食道周围组织的关系。
