| 摘 要： | 目的探讨反复眩晕青年人与中老年人椎动脉彩色多谱勒特点。方法利用彩色多谱勒检测69例反复眩晕青年人及76例中老年人颅外段椎动脉,观察两组第一段及第二段椎动脉走行、内径等。结果 反复眩晕青年人组以第一段椎动脉先天性发育异常多见,共42例,占61%;第二段椎动脉异常27例,占27%。反复眩晕中老年人组以第二段椎动脉异常多见,共46例,占61%;第1段先天性发育异常23例,占30%。结论 彩色多普勒在眩晕患者椎动脉检查中具有重要临床价值,反复眩晕青年人及中老年人椎动脉异常原因不同。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasonography in extracranial vertery artery(VA)in young adults and middle-old aged with vertigo.Methods The VA in 69 young adults and 76 middle-old aged with vertigo were examined by ultrasonography involving the diameter,route,etc.Results In young adults with vertigo group,the VA1 in 42 cases had congenital variation and the VA2 were abnormal in 27 cases.In middle-old aged with vertigo,the VA1 in 23 cases had congenital variation,the VA2 were abnormal ... |
