| 摘 要： | 流式细胞术是一种可对单细胞进行快速定性、定量分析的新技术。随着其分析技术和方法的日臻完善,流式细胞术在医学临床及科学研究上发挥了非常重要的作用。本文对流式细胞术的工作原理进行了概括介绍,并对其在肿瘤学、血液学及免疫学等方面的临床应用进行了综述。
