光电容积描迹法原理及其临床应用

摘    要:光电容积描迹法(PPG)是借助光电手段在活体组织中检测血液容积变化的一种无创检测方法。PPG信号中包含有人体循环系统、呼吸系统等许多生理病理信息。本文通过对与PPG相关的基础性研究工作和PPG的各种临床应用进行的介绍,表明了PPG在人体血氧、脉率、血压、血流、脑氧、肌氧、血糖、微循环、血管阻力等参数的无创检测中,都有很好的应用前景。
