音乐疗法对急性冠脉综合征患者的影响

目的:探讨音乐疗法对急性冠脉综合征患者的疗效。方法:选择急性冠脉综合征住院患者80例,随机分为对照组36例,采用常规治疗和护理;音乐组44例,在常规治疗和护理基础上进行音乐疗法。比较两组治疗前后收缩压、心率、心肌耗氧量及Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:音乐组治疗后患者的收缩压、心率及心肌耗氧量较治疗前显著降低(P0.01),与对照组治疗后比较也显著降低(P0.05或P0.01)。音乐组治疗后SAS标准分较治疗前显著下降(P0.01),与对照组治疗后组间比较也显著下降(P0.01)。结论:音乐治疗能使患者收缩压、心率及心肌耗氧量显著下降及焦虑水平降低。

The effects of music therapy on the patients with acute coronary syndromes.

Objective：To probe into the effects of music therapy on the patients with acute coronary syndromes（ACS）.Method：80 patients with ACS were divided into two groups randomly.The control group with 36 patients used the conventional treatment and nursing.The music group with 44 patients in addition to the conventional treatment and the nursing.Systolic blood pressure,heart rate,cardiac muscle oxygen consumption capacity and Zung self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）scores.Results：After therapy in the music group,the systolic pressure,the heart rate and the cardiac muscle oxygen consumption capacity obviously reduced comparing before therapy（P0.01）or after therapy of the control group（P0.05,P0.01）.The SAS standard scores after therapy had remarkable drop contrast to before therapy（P0.01）or after therapy of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Music treatment can cause the systolic pressure,the heart rate and the cardiac muscle oxygen consumption capacity remarkable drop and the anxious level reduce.
