附没痛经方治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经35例疗效观察

目的:观察附没痛经方治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床疗效。方法:对65例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为2组,治疗组35例以自拟附没痛经方(制附子、延胡索、当归、没药、莪术、五灵脂、蒲黄、肉桂)治疗,对照组30例以田七痛经胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈18例,显效10例,有效4例,无效3例,愈显率为80.0％,总有效率91.4％;对照组痊愈11例,显效10例,有效5例,无效4例,愈显率为70.0％,总有效率为86.7％,2组愈显率、总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:附没痛经方治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经有良好疗效,尤以重、中度痛经效佳。

Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold-Stagnation and Blood-Stasis Type by Fushe Tongjing Fang:A Clinical Obser vation of 35 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Fushe Tongjing Fang(FTF)for primary dysmenorrhea(PD)of cold - stagnation and blood - stasis type(CBT). Methods: 65 cases of PD of CBT were allocated to 2 groups randomly, the treatment group(35 cases) treated by FTF and the control group by Tianqi Tongjing Capsule. Results: In treatment group, 18 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 4 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective, the markedly effective rate being 80. 0% and the total effective rate being 91. 4% , and 11, 10, 5, 4, 73. 3% and 86. 7% in control group respectively ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: FTF posesses a good effect for PD of CBT especially those with severe and moderate severity of pain.
