急性心肌梗死患者并发谵妄的影响因素分析和护理

目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者并发谵妄的影响因素,为护士进行预见性评估、制定护理措施提供依据。方法回顾急性心肌梗死病例资料407例,其中发生谵妄41例,将其设为谵妄组,随机抽取无谵妄症状急性心肌梗死病例41例设为无谵妄组并与之对比,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析法分析诱发谵妄的危险因素。结果经Logistic回归分析,筛选出年龄>65岁、院外心肺复苏史、经皮血氧饱和度低于85%、合并低钾血症是急性心肌梗死患者并发谵妄的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论护士应加强对老年、有院外心肺复苏史、经皮血氧饱和度低于85%及合并低钾血症的急性心肌梗死患者的护理观察,制定相应的护理干预措施,防止并发谵妄。
