| 摘 要： | 目的:比较罗非考昔和双氯酚酸对大鼠正畸牙移动的影响.方法:42只雄性Wistar大鼠分成6个实验组:1、2、3组均给予50 g正畸力,分别注射罗非考昔、双氯酚酸或生理盐水;4、5、6组均给予100 g正畸力,亦分别注射上述三种药物.结果:用药7 d后测量鼠牙移动情况:罗非考昔和双氯酚酸均能抑制牙移动,但二者差异无统计学意义.结论:罗非考昔和双氯酚酸在缓解正畸治疗炎性疼痛的同时,均有减慢牙移动的副作用,且二者副作用对正畸牙矫治效果无实质性差异.

| Abstract: | Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of the inhabition to orthodontic tooth movement in rats between diclofenac [a nonspecific cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitor,or a conventional nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug ] . Method:42 male wistar rats in 6 experimental groups:(1)(2)(3)50 g coil spring and injections of rofecoxib,diclofenac or saline-solution,respectively;and(4)(5)(6)100 g coil spring and the same pharmacological treatment as(1)(2)(3),respectively. Result:After 7 days,both rofecoxib and diclofenac significantly inhibited tooth movement,but not reached statistically significant differences. Conclusion:Both rofecoxib and diclofenac have side effect to inhibit tooth movement . When they are used for treating inflammation and pain,there are no substantial differences . [ |
