老年人口腔念珠菌分布及粘附能力的研究

目的:比较健康老年人口腔不同念珠菌种和不同基因分型白色念珠菌体外粘附能力的差异及与分布的相互关系.方法:口腔含漱法取样;碳水同化反应鉴定念珠菌;人工计数和图像分析比较念珠菌临床株的粘附能力;激光共聚焦和扫描电镜观察念珠菌的粘附状况;统计学分析研究结果.结果:白色念珠菌对上皮细胞的粘附能力明显高于其它念珠菌,统计学分析存在显著性差异;不同基因型白色念珠菌对上皮细胞的粘附能力没有统计学差异.结论:白色念珠菌的粘附能力明显高于其它念珠菌.老年人口腔念珠菌的粘附分析结果与其在口腔内的检出率一致.本研究采用的口腔粘附分析方法可以比较准确地反应不同念珠菌的粘附能力.

Distribution and adherence ability of oral candida in the elderly

Objective:To study the adherence ability of oral Candida and different genotypic C.albican in the healthy elderly,then to study the relatedness of the adherence ability of Candida or C.albican to the isolated frequency of this organism. Method:Oral rinse sample were identify by Sugar assimilation patterns, the adherence ability were comparative studied by Image analysis and Manual counting;the adherence phenomena were observed by Laser confocal scanning microscope and Scanning electron microscope. Result:C.albicans showed higher adherence ability than other candida species, there was significant difference between Candida albicans and other candida species;there wasn't significant difference of adherence ability between Candida albicans of different genotypes. Conclusion:Candida albicans owned higher adherence ability than other candida species;there may be correlation between the adherence ability of Candida and the isolated frequency of this organism. The methods used in the study can correctly illuminate the adherence ability of oral Candida or different genotypic C.albican in the healthy elderly.
