| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胎心监护在临产中的应用价值研究。方法 813例产妇分为胎心监护正常组和胎心监护异常组,观察两组患者的一般状况,比较两组产妇的羊水污染、分娩方式及新生儿窒息发生率情况。结果在所有813例产妇中,胎心正常有728例,胎心异常组有85例。正常组羊水粪染率为9.3%,其中主要为Ⅰ°和Ⅱ°污染有63例（占8.65%）,Ⅲ°污染占0.68%;异常组羊水污染则以Ⅱ°和Ⅲ°污染为主,两者占36.47%,两组的羊水粪染率在统计学上有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）;异常组正常产率、产钳助产率均显著低于正常组（P〈0.01）,但剖宫产率却显著高于正常组（P〈0.01）;Apgar评分结果显示,正常组无重度窒息发生,有5例发生轻度窒息（发生率为0.69%）;异常组重度窒息出现4例（发生率为4.70%）,轻度窒息出现8例（发生率为9.41%）,轻度两组比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论胎心监护可有效降低新生儿窒息的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of the fetal heart rate monitoring in labor and its value. Methods 813 cases of puerpera were selected and divided into normal fetal heart rate monitoring group and abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring group to observe the general condition and to compare the maternal amniotic fluid,the mode of delivery and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia.Results In all 813 cases of puerpera,728 cases fetal heart rate monitoring were normal and the others were abnormal.There were 9.3... |
