| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析盐酸氨溴索注射液与肺表面活性物质在防治新生儿肺透明膜病中的临床疗效。方法选取2009年3月～2010年6月,我院收治的74例早产儿作为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用盐酸氨溴索注射液进行新生儿肺透明膜病的预防和治疗,观察组患儿采用肺表面活性物质固尔苏进行预防和治疗。比较两组患儿中未患肺透明膜病患儿后续发病率及已患病患儿的总有效率,综合评价盐酸氨溴索注射液及肺表面活性物质在防治新生儿肺透明膜病中的临床效果。结果经研究显示,两组患儿中,为患病患儿后续肺透明膜病发生率比较,固尔苏组明显低于盐酸氨溴索注射液组,P值〈0.05,具有统计学意义;已患肺透明膜病患儿的总有效率比较,两组无显著相差异,P〉0.05,无统计学意义。结论固尔苏预防新生儿肺透明膜病的作用强于盐酸氨溴索注射液,两种药物对该病的治疗效果无显著性差异。
