| 摘 要： | 目的本实验通过复制羊水栓塞动物模型,研究不同性质、不同剂量羊水入血后角蛋白16表达的变化,探讨角蛋白16在羊水栓塞法医学鉴定中的意义。方法选用待产的Wistar雌性大鼠36只,随机分为三组,每组12只,分别为羊水原液组（AF）、羊水胎粪混合液组（MAF）、对照组（NS）,每组各4只以1.25ml/kg、2.5ml/kg、3.75ml/kg不同剂量从舌下静脉分别注射羊水原液、羊水胎粪混合液、生理盐水,待大鼠死亡后取肺组织,进行HE染色及免疫组化染色,镜下观察角蛋白16表达的变化。结果对照组角蛋白16表达呈阴性反应,AF组和MAF组角蛋白16表达呈阳性反应,且随着羊水入血剂量的增加,角蛋白16表达阳性数增加,且染色更深,两组之间角蛋白表达无显著差异。结论角蛋白16的表达与羊水入血量有关,与羊水胎粪污染程度相关性不大。
