乳腺癌患者术后并发症的护理措施及心理护理

目的分析乳腺癌患者术后并发症的发生原因,探讨常规护理和心理护理对并发症的防治效果。方法选取我院2009年3月～2010年3月收治的68例乳腺癌手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组34例患者采用乳腺癌术后常规护理方法进行护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上予以心理护理,比较两组患者术后并发症情况及生活质量评分,综合评价心理护理对乳腺癌患者术后并发症的防治效果。结果术后住院恢复期间,两组患者并发症发生率比较,观察组明显低于对照组;患者出院前1d生活质量评分比较,观察组明显高于对照组,两组患者比较差异明显,P值均〈0.05,均有统计学意义。结论对乳腺癌患者术后采取针对性的并发症防治护理措施,再予以心理护理,能有效降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量。
